The administration of an Estate encompasses the collection of all the assets of a decedent, the payment of all legally enforceable debts, the payment of any Estate tax that may be due, and the transfer of any property that is left over to the named beneficiaries under the Will or to those entitled to the property under New York Laws of intestacy. REAL ESTATE ADMINISTRATION
